Breakfast: plenty of rooibos tea + 1 hemp seed/pomegranate/banana smoothie (really de-li-cious)
I spend the morning doing interviews and photoshoots... the night was short, so I hope I won't look exhausted!

Fairwell lunch with MC, PV: 5 chinese raviolis + spinach salad + edamame + 1 pink grapefruit + 1 flaky pastry petit four

Snack: tama sanchi seeds (a novelty I savoured yesterday for the first time, really very good :) which are a really great source of omega 3 and 6 (25%!) + 1 pomegranate/fresh blackberries yogurt + some sugar free cereal
30 min walk and that's all for today
Light diner: steamed edamame + 1 bowl italian soup (vegetables and some semolina looking pasta)
wouldn't this presenter be Oprah? I heard she is big on Skype!
