Same ol' same ol' as they say

Easy day on the exercise front, my lungs need all their strength to fight this bad chill;)

Breakfast, as yesterday: banana, almond milk, hemp and pomegranate seeds smoothie + rooibos tea

Huge, VERY important, meeting that couldn't have gone any smoother. 

Light business lunch in a nouvelle cuisine Thai restaurant: 1 spring roll + papaya salad + steamed line caught seabass with brown rice + green tea 

No snack

30 min walk

Diner: I test a gluten free ready made frozen meal (180 calories, we shan't suffocate!): brown rice/veg and chicken + 1 orange

50 biceps curls each side
2 min ballerina moves
